What Is Project TENacity?

Starting on April 30th and finishing on May 9th, ten years after his suicide attempt, Fergus will complete ten iron-distance triathlons in ten consecutive days across ten cities in the UK and Ireland.

Why Project TENacity

In 2016, Fergus attempted to take his own life. Years later, he found himself slipping back into that same place, feeling lonely, unfulfilled, and without purpose.

To rebuild purpose, he challenged himself to squat half a million kilos in 24 hours, representing the half a million men lost to suicide each year. That challenge became a way to regain direction — and to start helping others.

Through past fundraising challenges, Fergus discovered the power of movement and community. By combining exercise with honesty and vulnerability, he opened conversations with thousands of people facing similar struggles — raising over £100,000 for Movember along the way.

Project TENacity builds on this journey.
